    As we look ahead to our next regulatory period, we’re pleased to share our insights into consumer views and trends.

    Over the past 24 months, we’ve been listening extensively to the priorities of our consumers, what matters most and what they would like to see. The report covers key highlights focused on value for money, reliability, customer service, sustainability and the future of gas.

    We are always striving to provide better levels of customer service and support our local communities in ways that add the most value. To do this, it’s essential that we provide a platform to engage with consumers and expert stakeholders to inform our decision-making process. This report provides a snapshot of some of our latest insight work and explores several important strategic themes that we see emerging as we continue to engage. - Mark Belmega - Director of Sustainability and Social Purpose

    Our ongoing engagement with consumers and stakeholders has helped to inform the direction of our RIIO-GD3 Business Plan that will be submitted to Ofgem later this year. The views help to lay the foundations for the services we provide today and for the future, as we continue to keep people warm while protecting the planet.

    In the coming months, we will explore more themes to ensure our plans consider the changing context of people’s lives. We look forward to sharing further insight from our series of comprehensive research projects when our Business Plan is finalised with more input from expert stakeholders, domestic and business gas consumers and others who live within the communities we serve.
